MOST – Marketing Operating System of Tomorrow™ (“MOST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information through our website, dothemost.ai, our related pages, communications, and services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect on or through our website; when you submit a contact form, request a brief, book a call, or otherwise communicate with us; when you engage us as a client or prospective client; when we send operational or marketing communications; and from third parties acting on our behalf, such as scheduling, payments, analytics, CRM, and hosting providers.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information processed on behalf of clients under separate agreements, or to third-party websites and services that we do not control.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers and contact information, including name, work email address, company name, phone number, and mailing or billing address.
Professional and commercial information, including job title, company size or business details, information about your brand, marketing objectives, competitors, performance goals, or related business context, and records of services purchased, requested, or considered.
Communications and submissions, including information you provide in forms, emails, meeting notes, surveys, applications, or messages, and files, documents, and other materials you share with us.
Payment and transaction information, including billing details, transaction records, and purchase history. Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored by us.
Device, usage, and online activity information, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie, pixel, tag, or similar technology data.
Inference and service-related information, including insights or recommendations generated from the information you or your team provide to us, service delivery notes, and account history.
Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide it and it is reasonably necessary for our business relationship. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless requested.
Connected platform data, including Amazon Selling Partner data
With a client’s authorization, we connect to third-party platforms that the client already uses and retrieve business reporting data from them on the client’s behalf. This includes Amazon, through the Selling Partner API and, where separately authorized, the Amazon Ads API. Although that data is processed in connection with a client engagement, this section applies to it notwithstanding the limitation in Section 1, so that our handling of it is publicly described.
What we receive. From Amazon we receive business performance reporting only: Brand Analytics reporting, such as search terms, search query performance, market basket, and repeat purchase; account-level sales and traffic performance; and advertising performance where the Amazon Ads API has been authorized. Our access is read-only and limited to Amazon’s Brand Analytics and Selling Partner Insights roles. We do not request or receive buyer names, addresses, or order-level customer data, and we do not use Amazon’s Restricted Data Token.
How we use it. We use this data only to provide analytics and strategy services to the client whose account it came from, including reporting in the MOST dashboard and the strategy deliverables produced for that client. We do not sell it, disclose it for advertising, use it to train models offered to other parties, or combine it with another client’s data.
How we store and protect it. Authorization credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are cryptographically bound to the client account they were issued for. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, held in access-controlled systems, and available only to the MOST personnel serving that engagement and to the service providers that host our systems under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
How access ends. A seller may revoke MOST’s access at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps, which stops any further retrieval. On request, or after an engagement ends, we delete the retrieved platform data and the stored authorization credential within a reasonable period, and in any case in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, except where retention is required by law.

From public sources, industry tools, or market intelligence sources relevant to our services.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may also use information in a deidentified or aggregated form where permitted by law.
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
To respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and communicate with you.
To provide, manage, and support our offerings, including Breakthrough Briefs, Growth Sprints, strategic diagnostics, and related services.
To process transactions, invoices, and payments.
To personalize content and better understand business interest in our offerings.
To conduct analytics, measure website performance, and improve user experience.
To send newsletters, updates, thought leadership, and other marketing communications consistent with applicable law.
To protect our rights, users, systems, and property; prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand website traffic and engagement, analyze marketing performance, improve site functionality, and support advertising or remarketing, if used.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the website function.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors; business and transaction counterparties; government, law enforcement, regulators, and other parties where required by law; and corporate transaction participants in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define “sell” or “share” broadly enough to include certain analytics or advertising disclosures involving cookies or tracking technologies. If we engage in activities that qualify under applicable law, we will provide any legally required notices and opt-out mechanisms.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain our relationship with you or your company; provide services and support; keep business and financial records; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; resolve disputes; and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods depend on the nature of the information and the context in which it was collected.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. You may also authorize an agent to submit certain requests on your behalf where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by law.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
MOST uses AI-powered tools and models as part of our internal methodology and service delivery to clients. Our website itself does not use AI to process visitor personal information, make automated decisions about you, or profile you. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or opt-out mechanisms required by law.
To the extent any AI-derived insights qualify as personal information under applicable law, they are subject to the same rights and protections described in this Privacy Policy.
11. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at privacy@dothemost.ai. Even if you opt out, we may still send service, transactional, or relationship-related communications.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not target our services to children.

If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
